If you are interested in stress-free and reasonably priced parking, the Texarkana Regional Airport (TXK) parking lot is your spot! From there, enjoy a short walk to the terminal.

Parking Options

TXK has two parking lots, an economy lot with 78 available spaces, and a premium lot with 179 available spaces, most of which provide covered shade, located directly across from the terminal building, on the other side of the rental car return lot. The parking lot is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and no reservations are required. Parking at the airport includes free vehicle services as well, including jump starts, help locating your vehicle, tire inflations, etc.

For those who wish to come into the terminal to meet friends or family when they arrive or make sure they get where they need to be when they are leaving, TXK offers free parking for the first hour.

Curbside Drop-off and Pick Up

Along the front of the terminal is our convenient curbside drop-off/pick up zone.

Parking is not permitted in authorized areas without a valid permit.

  • These lots include the employee parking lot and the rental car lot.
  • Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Federal regulations prohibit parking in front of the terminal building unless you are actively loading or unloading. Violators will be fined and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

Free Veterans Parking

TXK offers disabled veterans free parking immediately outside of the passenger terminal. Individuals who utilize this free parking must display their disabled veteran status either on their license plate or on the dash where it can be visibly recognized by airport police. 

Parking Rates & Fees 

Parking at TXK is charged at an hourly rate, with a maximum of $10 per day for the economy lot, or $12 per day for the covered premium lot.

The Parking Process

You can access our self-park lots by following the signs to a lot of your choice. We have two lots: covered and uncovered. At the entry kiosk of the lot you choose, please touch the display screen for a TICKET to obtain entry. Once the barrier arm opens, you may proceed. Place this ticket in your car. You will need it when you exit the lot.

When leaving the lot, at the exit kiosk, simply scan the TICKET barcode where indicated. It will then instruct you to pay with a credit/debit card. The card reader is located to the right of the screen. After payment is successfully made, you have the option to print a receipt by pressing the receipt icon on the display screen. Once your transaction is complete, the barrier arm will raise, and you may exit the lot.

If at any time you need assistance, please press the intercom button located on the display screen of the kiosk to speak with a team member.

Texarkana Regional Airport no longer accepts cash payments for parking. 

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
