REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR ON-CALL DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE TEXARKANA REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY

The Authority invites statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide ON-CALL DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES for the Airport. The Authority expects to proceed with large capital projects in the near future, including, but not limited to, a runway and taxiway extension, and other Airport improvements. The Airport also is continuing with construction of a new passenger terminal. The potential projects covered under the scope of services are likely to be subject to federal, state, and local funding processes, and may involve local approval prior to commencement.
